Default gary any eta on backordered 255/45 18 bfgoodrich kdw2?

Since those are backorder I have read the reviews on the Sumitomo HTRZ II and they also seem pretty good. Anyone including gary on those as a alternative to the KDW2 tires? I am looking around that price range and would like a good handling tire for those fun days I like to play but also want a tire that is good in the rain and dry and is quite. Of course tread life is important too.. I will be putting these on a A8Q. I need tires asap my current ones are shot. thanks for your help

Default Minimum 8-10 weeks, sorry.

Also while the KDW2 is a great wet and dry tire, it is not exactly known for being a very quiet riding one. The Conti Contact2 would ride more quietly and still has great grip, or the Goodyear GSD3 has also been very popular.

Tires

Default thannks, how about the Sumitomo HTRZ II? how do they compare

I have read the reports and they seem postive.. quite? handling? one concern I have I hear that the Sumitomo HTRZ II is going to be discontinued. if so then maybe not a good choice. thanks again

The HTRZII is entry-level for grip and handling, a noticeable step down from teh others you're looking at. Fair in noise levels... no plans to discontinue that one.

Default Found it, but no forum referral...

Next time please be sure to mention 'Audiworld' as your previous contact so that the forum gets some credit for the sale.
