If you got 57.1mm ID x 60mm OD this could possibly work
I have H&R 5mm spacer (no lip) over 57.1mm hub...

Maybe.
I have a ring that is 57.06mm/54.15mm at $4 each.
You'll just need to make sure it sits flush with the wheel mounting pad. It's difficult to confirm that flange on the ring is going to mate flush but it's worth a shot.
