09 A4 2.0 2-1 downshift issue
Hi all,
I've been searching through the threads trying to find an answer to my issue, but the only thread I found that was close was almost 7 years old. My A4 avant is shift/shuttering probably 1/5 of the time when I'm coming to a stop. I had a local (non Audi) shop look at it and they said I have the newest update, but everything I've read about what the update was supposed to correct is what my car is in fact still doing. I have a Audi dealer in Bozeman (which is 2 hours away) and I plan to make the trip out there one of these weeks, but I figured I would check here first. Any thoughts?

Hey
Hey man I have the same problem the only thing I see n am going to do is replace the transmission fluid n try to rest the transmission solenoid to see if I get anything done I will let u know what day I will get it done n I will tell u what I got back on that.

Sounds good! I checked my fluid a couple weeks ago and that's good to go. Super frustrating for sure.

Hey
Well i check the manual n they say every 33,000 mile with have to change the fluid but I will call my transmission friend this week because I have that problem 2 days ago n his out of town but I let u know if I have any news!!
