Go to any auto parts store and they'll fix you up.
If you've never crimped on a terminal, ask the parts guy how it works. He'll also sell you a crimper tool. Sometimes the tool comes with a selection of terminals.
Since it looks like you haven't installed the HID ballast yet, take it with you and make sure the female terminals you get will work with the spade ends on your ballast.
