Observations: S3 vs. M235i

I have to agree with previous posters. When I go out to my garage or approach my car in a parking lot, I want to say, "That's a great looking car!" The BMW just doesn't do it for me, where the S3 does. Also, I really prefer a nice looking 4-door over a 2-door. Good example is the new M3 over the M4, IMO.

I really appreciate your comments on the M235. Ive had the opportunity to spend a great deal of time in all 3 cars including the S4. I would disagree about the steering feel however, without a doubt the 235 has the advantage in engine/power delivery as well as steering, but the new assisted gearbox in the S3 and the car's overall weight reduction makes it a much more delightful steer IMO than the S4.
