This needs to go onto all kinds of forums so it gets back to her!
Trying drive at all while using a head splint (holding phone to head) is a joke. Yeah I know, even using a hands free device is still not the best idea, but at least people can turn their heads.
I am SOOOOOO looking forward to our hand held cell phone ban in July. I don't know about there, but here it's an epidemic, with more people yakking while driving, than not.

Actually, it was April 1. First 3 months, they're giving warnings.
