Beware of ECS Tuning
All have ordered in the past from them no issues. Today I tried to install an oE part they sent, sunroof windscreen on my Q7 and a piece was manufactured out of spec and did not conform to hold in place. I spent two hours trying to install and even took to local audi dealership who told me it was defective.
i am regular Joe not a shop and ECS customer service told me they can not refund or exchange without a shop PO. Said it is in the fine print. Just want forum users to be aware of trhis policy. Shame on me.

Sorry... Fail.... ecstuning.com is one of the best... if not the best... audi/vw/porsche firm to work with. Oem or aftermarket parts. been b using them for 12+years with nothing but 100% positive feedback.

I'm with Ryan, I've never seen anything like what the OP said in regards to a return policy. I've spent a lot with ECS, and the one or two times I did have to return something, it was pretty painless. Not Amazon Prime return painless, but pretty good none the less.

I had a similar problem with ECS in the past. I ordered supercharged badges for my B8 S4 and they were slightly bent such that when installed they did not sit flush on the car at the ends. I called them and they blamed my installation and refused to replace the product. Only after I threatened to contact amex to initiate a chargeback did they change their stance and replace the product.
