Default AW's opinion? Soon to be going stg 3. I have access to a hyd. lift. Should I drop the frt. subframe

with Eng/trans/frt susp attatched or go the tradtional way of pulling the trans, then the eng out? I will also be doing C/Os at the same time, so I assume it'd be alot easier by dropping the subframe. Any good links to a How-to article? TIA.

if you have a lift, probably subframe drop. I prefer the engine pull from the front though

I did subframe drop and it was hard to realighn the subframe perfectly. i say pull from front

Default I find it much easier to remove subframe with engine/trans attached...

After all, this is how they put it together at the factory.
