so I logged 005 and saved it but it is a pf file, how do I convert it to excel?

No it didn't, it's a CSV file. See this page:

Hrm, does not look right. It should save as a .csv
Try changing the name on the file, or keeping the default and hitting "log" - did you stop logging once you were done with what you wanted to see?
