does anyone know where i can buy one of the silicone 90 degree elbows that fit our throttle bodies?

Any 3" I.D. silicone bend will work. I got mine from turbohoses.
The only requirement is that it is a fairly sharp 90* bend, due to the limited space between TB and firewall.

Remember that unless it's a tight-radius hose it will hit the firewall on C4 and B5 cars...
TurboHoses makes them but few other sources. I used a Cobra Head narrow clearance hose from intakehoses.com which solved the problem nicely.
Maybe it won't flow as perfectly as a normal 90 bend but it works well enough.
