Re: You can fix them to prevent buying new ones (pricey).

so all i need is the 3/4 hose and cut the tube by the end slide new hose over and clamp it on the cut piece? what are the point of the breather hoses anyway?

For the AFC engine, left side is P/N 078-103-211-S up to VIN 4A-T-035-846...
or P/N 078-103-211-AC for VINs past 4A-T-035-846; right side P/N 078-103-224-J. Both breather hoses are $61.03 each at www.genuineaudiparts.com.
