What to do....My car stalls occasionally, i've replaced the CTS and cleaned the idle control valve
twice and yes, its in spec. I changed all the vacuum lines and still the car stalls once in a blue. Anything else i should change?

Try a good fuel system cleaner (JWG recommended one before) and possibly the fuel filter.
Marvel Mystery Oil in the gas helped with the hard starting of my truck. Haven't tried it in the Audi, though.

Does it stall out of the blue?
Or do you have the "dipping idle RPM" issue? If the latter is the case, it may be the MAF sensor. Although cleaning the MAF, cleaning the ICV, and fixing one or two small vac leaks helped in reducing "dipping idle" issues and stalling, only a new MAF resolved the issue 100% in my case. And the thing is, I didn't even get a code for the MAF until the very end!
