Misfires all cylinders bank 2 (4, 5, 6)
I've searched and read most threads on misfires. Causes appear to be mostly from:
1. sparks plugs
2. coil packs
3. icm
4. bad timing (maybe)
5. wiring (rarely)
If ALL 3 cylinders in bank 2 (4,5,6 driver side bank) are misfiring consistently (every time I start the car) and I do NOT have ICMs (034 icm delete/2.0T coilpack conversion) … what else could be the problem?
1. I'll be replacing spark plugs, but they _look_ fine.
2. coil packs are nearly new, and unlikely that all 3 in one bank are failing when the other bank is fine
3. no icms
4. vag-com says timing is within spec, might replace the belt since it seems a bit stretched
5. … haven't tested for bad wiring
