Default Anyone ever use Kumho Ecsta 711s?
I would post on the wheel/tire forum but its so much more active here, I figure I'll get a quicker response. I just ordered some 711s (not 712s) from tirerack, wondering what I can expect. I just needed some tires to throw on my summer rims for a bit.. they are in 225/45/17 size

Default I don't know but I am gonna get the 712's to use for the whole summer. Heard good stuff about..

FYI, TR did a comparison of 712, HTRZ-II, and ES100, and ES100 came out on top.Same price range too.

Default The 711's are the older tire, not that great.
I had a set of 16's on my eclipse and did not like them at all. sorry.

wait till the temps get up to 70+, that's when summer tires show their true grip/traction potential.
