I went to back out of a parking spot (it's a manual) and the engine shut off. Since then it's been acting possessed. Sometimes with the hood open the illumination cluster lights will turn on and if I hit the high beams they will turn off and the clock displays some funny "symbols". Headlights do not work at all.

Right now it does nothing (electronics completely non-functional), but the battery is good and I checked all the fuses.

What could be some possible problems?
