Don McGill and other Houston ramblings...
First of all, some of the houston area owners know of my displeasure with DM's sales force.
Today was my first day dealing with the service department (i had to have my front bumper drilled to mount plates...but i digress) and i must say how THRILLED i was with the level of service and the whole attitude of the department. Steve and Scott both were extremely helpful and answered some of the questions that "shall not be asked" and gave me the answers that i wanted to hear. (yall can interpret that for yourselves im sure)
Also SPECIAL thanks to NickS for his efforts to organize the show n' shine on March 4. Nick if you need any help at all email me and we can work something out, im very willing to give some time.

Don McGill (just my opinion here!) is the best dealer I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Why did you have your front plate put on though??? I made a HUGE point of making sure my salesman knew I didn't not want my bumper cover drilled.

Lately, I had to take my '00 1.8T QMS for some unusual noises. Long story short. For the two week period of trial and error problem solving, these guys did everything to accomodate my needs.
