You can always take it to the dealer and have them diagnose the problem then when they ask you if you want the work done tell them you'll have the money next week and will be bacK. Free professional diagnosis.

Good god. Maybe it isn't the central locking pump.
Went outside to start it this morning (it has rained a couple days ago) and I notice the passenger side of my window is fogged up on a nice sunny day. Great, water in the cab.
Passenger/driver floorboards are a little less than dry. No idea where it's coming from yet (everything else is probably dry by now).
Put the key in the ignition and the windshield wipers (which I guess I left on) slowly twitched their way up, weirdest thing I've ever seen.
Turn them off and they're stuck 1/3 of the way up.
Go to try turning it over, no dice. My instrument cluster was freaking out. All the warning lights were "flickering" I guess with the key in start, constant clicking coming from an underdash relay, couldn't figure out which one.
Tried a quick battery pull to no avail.
I know everyone is going to say battery but I don't think so, battery is less than a year old, and that behavior is indicitive of a bad controller in some way and not a bad battery. And the fact that this happened after a rain and my interior is wet kind of feeds that fact.
Now the question is, do I have two unrelated problems at once. Can something that freaks out my instruments and not let the car start also freeze up my windows/sunroof/randomly turn on hazards/set off my alarm? Or is my central locking pump bad AS WELL AS something else?
I'm about to bite the dealership bullet, I'm military and really can't afford to be without a car. Any ideas you guys have in the next couple days would be infinitely helpful. I'm beyond frustrated right now.
Thanks.

Sorry to spam the forum but just had another idea and don't know how to edit posts.
What's the car's behavior when the battery is dead? Can I expect a relay underdash to constantly click? That seems a little suspect but I guess it explains the windshield wiper twitch. Kind of.
