My vents are not switching.

I hit the defrost button, floor button, whatever, it just keeps on blowing out the dash vents.

Any ideas what's wrong or how to fix it?

how long are you waiting? it does take a bit of time to switch

Have the same issue, but in addition my temp doesnt change either...

havent really looked into it yet... just finished the clutch, just waiting for a good weekend to tackle this
