NEED HELP PLEASE ~ window problem

Hey everyone,

I was hoping someone could help me out. My rear passenger window will not roll up. When I press the button, it rolls up and then down and then up and then down. I had to push it up with my hands and then lock the window.

Does anyone know what is wrong with this? Is it easy to fix? This happened to my other passenger window but it cost like 500 to fix it. I don't have the money and was wondering if anyone knows what the problem is and if its easy to fix.

door panel is easy (and safe) enough to take off;

i had a similar problem with my driver's side front window. When i took off the door card, my problem was simply a wire that had separated from the group and was getting caught under the window.

just take it off to see how it's working (or not). that way you're better armed if you have to then go to a garage or dealer, and you might just be able to fix it yourself :-D

Hey thanks for the help. I will give it a try. Last time it happened to me the dealer said they had to replace the window regulator or something like that. Do you think that if that is the problem again, it will be easy to do myself?
