Side window problem, help please...

once in a while when I try to roll up the passenger side window it will only go up about 90%, then automatically roll back down around about 4 inches. sometimes takes 4-5 tries to get it to go all the way up.

Anyone else had this problem? Am I missing something?

Window SEAL problem <more inside>

I've noticed when I go through the car wash (dont worry it's touchless) that some spray leaks in through my window seal in the rear portion of the window seal. Anyone know how I can fix this ? It's annoying.
