So my CEL kicked over a few days back and I finally got around to scanning it w/ my VAG-COM. Unfortunately, I had 2 codes, and only have the shareware version (don't really have the need for the full version since I can't do anything with it on my car).

So, here are the codes:

16845 - Fuel Sensor Circuit: Implausible Signal
P0461-68-00-Cylinder 1

16540 - Not sure what this one is
P0156-92-00

Basically, what's the deal with the first one? Haven't heard that one before... that an injector issue?

And the 2nd one of course... what code is it

don't know it, but swap injectors around and see if the code follows the injector

if I get time, I'll swap around injectors. Don't have time right now though, and w/o the 4000 running, I don't want to take the risk of f'ing up the only car I have running at the moment haha.

any clue on the 2nd code?

i thought there was a huge list of the codes somewhere, but can't seem to find it right now.

i had a leaking flex joint on the pass side, which threw the faulty 02 code before. One of the flex joints is leaking again (can hear it) but I haven't bothered to crawl under the car and figure out which side it is yet (better not be the one I just fixed!!)

CEL Hasn't returned yet, but I'm sure it's only a matter of time.

Correct. And sensor 2 is the rear sensor.

looks like I'll have to start planning on fixing that flex joint now... ugh. PITA!
