Default rear seat chirping

I started hearing this after 7 or 8k miles in my 2002.5 A4 1.8t... now have 13k. Seems to be coming from rear passenger side... only when I hit a bump. I don't hear the sound if someone is sitting in that seat, however. I tried some lithium grease on the strikers, making sure the seats are in the fully locked position... no change. Any ideas?

Could be the lower seat. My seat is held down by pressure calmps. It easily comes up.

Thanks... I just tried it. I popped it out and drove a little.. still heard the chirping. Sounds like a bag of squirrels my in back seat when I hit a bump. I noticed that when I lower the rear seats I hear squeaking from the base.. on both sides. Could that be it?

Squeaks are like a joke, you have to be there. :-)
