Default Supra twin turbo vs. 350z touring

just to warn you, this has nothing to do with audis, but i hang around this forum. My brothers best friend has a 94 twin turbo supra and we were out drivin it today, when we came across a kid we knew in his brand new 350z. We make a U-turn at the next light and are off. It takes a while to weave around everyone and get a break in traffic, but when we do there is about a half mile of open road, after three honks we were off. When we got to about 142 just going into 5th gear, a dumbass girl pulls out in a blazer about 200 feet in front going slow *** ****, we have about 2 lengths on him by now and she is pulled into his lane, both cars slam on the brakes, we turn around and cant see his car, then drive by and he is pulled off to the side, luckily no damage and there was no collision, what a rush in broad daylight, what i would give to have either one of those beasts.

Default And you're calling the girl the dumbass?

At 142 what seemed "slow as s#it" to you was probably right around the speed limit. Good work almost killing an innocent person, glad you got a cheap thrill out of it.

Default Thanks for the warning...

I'll try not to be around when you, your brother, or his friend kill themselves doing this ignorant, immature **** on the public roads. Hopefully if/when one of you takes voluntary leave from the gene pool an innocent person won't have to go with you.

If you've been "hanging around this forum" you should have also known this was the type of response you'd get.

Default wait, you weren't on the expressway?

I am not against excessive speed, but it has to be on a highway (or another limited access roadway) and it has to be off peak....

while 142 is a nice speed to hit, not on a road where the possibility exists for someone to pull out.

The blazer shouldn't have pulled in front of faster moving traffic, but 100+mph is hard to accurately determine from a distance, especially on a road that is designated much slower.
