wind noise from drivers window 2000 A4
I have brought my car into the shop and they say everything is sealed tight. However, when I am at 75mph or it is windy out, the noise level is very loud. When I put my hand in the corner of the window I can hear the change in wind noise. I have driven in the passenger seat at the same speeds and there is no noise coming from the that window. The dealers standard answer is that A4's have some wind noise. I don't buy it. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Mine's the same way after 50K miles. Search AW for an post on adjusting the door.
Then, print it out and give it to your mechanic. I asked mine about adjusting it and he was going to put a jack under the open door and bend it. Says he does that a lot. Needless to say I have a little less faith in that person. Aparently one has to remove the inner door panel to have access to the screws.

Had the same problem recently and executed a quick fix...
Do this at your own risk however.
Don't do this while driving. open the door with the window rolled down. Gently force (oxymoron?) the corner of the window frame inwards tords the car. Push gently a couple of times (you don't want to over bend the frame). This should close up any gap between the door seal and the cars "B" piller.
Take er out for a test drive and check for noises.
Worked for me. and the window still went up and down smoothly
