Yep, the new APR chip is better
then before. I just got my 93 specific upgrade from APR back and installed in my 2001.5 A4. It is definitely smoother, more like stock at low speeds with smoother(Tip tranny)shifts. At higher RPMs the power seems more and smoother also. To bad I've got my winter shoes(Blizzaks 195-65-15) on. I just don't feel safe over 80 mph. I'll have to wait until spring for a complete test. Safe driving all.
