3.0 Vacuum Diagram Help

Trying to get this idling issue resolve while I wait to receive my Bentley manual. Can someone post the vacuum diagram for the 3.0. Just replaced my plug and MAF unfortunately the car still idle crappy while in gear.

It's a little worst with the AC on but it does it without it was well.
