A clicking sound

A clicking sound
I have couple problem with my 2003 A4 1.8T.
Whenever i go backward about 20 feets, I can hear a "click" sound from the bottom of the car, I can actually feel it on the gas pedal too. Just one "click" sound. The sound is like something scratching each other. This happen when i turn the steering wheel too. Why is it? what is wrong?
Also when i try to stop the car, the car is pulling forward, and it shakes. somebody can reply?

The sound happens when you're backing out of a parking space? If yes, then it's normal...
it's your ABS engaging (ABS test). Happens everytime you start the car and start rolling.
