Default Cold Temps and sluggish display readouts on dash...

Whenever it gets cold out (about 40 or so) the diplay for the radio and other dash lights move slowly... Normal?

Sorry if repost.

Perfectly normal - it's characteristic of LCD's. Try a stopwatch in the winter sometime.
