Wow...the dumbest guy I've heard in a long time...
I can understand his concern...but....a loaner is the reason why he's going to move away from Audi? From my experience here in the pacific northwest, BMW has had BS for service, always overcharge, never care about what your concerns are. I can see him b!tching and moaning about BMW soon.
