Yes, I see your reason for being upset. At the very least, please try and let Mike know...
How upset you are. I know youve been trying, but I think it's important he hear it from you. Let him know you have spoken with several other MTM owners (including myself) and they can't believe this is happening. I sincerely hope this gets resolved as it is important that we work to keep tuners aware of quality concerns so they can be worked out. It is quite possible your car has been running a bit off and the chip exacerbated the condition. I am not trying to shift blame at all, but you need to find this out before investing in another chip and ending up with the same or a worse problem. Let us know how this goes. Cheers. Mike

You mean Hoppens service. Now if it was actually MTM, you'd be taken care of.
Hoppen does have some issues though with customer service (returning calls,..etc). Hopefully that will change sometime soon.
I'm also surprised to hear that the MTM Stage 1+ SW is giving you problems. Take your complaint to MTM if you have to get it sorted out.
I still feel that MTM is one of the better tuners out there. It's just that their US representation leaves little to be desired.
