Default Driving for long time (non-stop) bad for car?

Drove for 5 hours (average speed 80 with some traffic inbetween)...one quick bathroom stop but left car on as there was someone in passenger side to watch the car.

Bad for car? I would think no...

It is every 2 hours and that is for resting the body (keepin alert) not the car.

Default yea, thats really quite enough time. i mean if its just normal driving at higher speed slightly

higher rpm's you really arent pushing car hard.

Default I drove from San Diego to Albuquerqe (not sure about spelling) with just

a lunch and gas stop. Had cruise set at 95 in desert.
