Default BMW program is very popular. Audi should copy it.

A lot of Audi customers would be interested in an Audi program similar to BMW's (i.e., U.S. spec vehicles, Munich pick-up, $2000 or so off MSRP, insurance in Europe, etc.).
If Audi ever does a program like this, sign me up.

Default Audi will eventually start up the program again. Right now it is very low priority.

They have finite resources and getting more qualified resources ( staff ) will take time. Parts supply, dealerships, streamlining delivery all have a higher priority.

Most Euro delivery programs began in the 50's and 60's. Slowly, layers of government bureacracy where built up and the Auto makers responded step by step. The people and processes just grew. Now it is a labyrinth to navigate. Audi must find the people who have very specialised experience to make sure it is done correctly. As you can see, this could be ticklish if you arrived home and due to a paperwork bungle, your car took 6 months to get to you.

Default Porsche has that FOR SURE. My dad almost did it and says he would like to in the future.

I'm not sure if Audi has it, but if porsche does, then why not audi.

Default Glad to hear they're at least thinking about it, but...

It's programs like Euro delivery that will build customer loyalty to the brand. If AoA thinks that spending money to create a program won't be worth it because there's not enough customer interest, they're kind of missing the point. It's one of those chicken-and-egg problems. There's not much customer interest now because there's not a program now. If there were a program, a few people would try it. They'd have a great time in Europe, then post messages about it on here telling everyone about the money they saved and the fun they had driving the autobahn. Soon more people would want to do it. That's what's happened with BMW's program.

Default

Yes, but other things need fixing more right now. Once those are under control, we'll see more.
