only if those voice coils are 8ohms each...you keep talking about "paralleling" them, which is the correct way to do it, but the resulting impedence is half of what each coil is rated at...a "dual 4ohm sub in parallel" (as you put it) will supply the amp a 2ohm load, in bridged mode it will see 1ohm...if the amp is stable at 1ohm, then more power to ya.....just trying to clarify your statements bro

Right but he says his amp is RATED for 2-ohm bridged
Which means it's 1-ohm stable playing unbridged. Now maybe he's misunderstanding his amp and assuming it can run 2-ohm bridged because it is rated 2-ohm stable unbridged.
