Default I assume this is an indy shop? my suggestion would be to cal AoA if the

work was performed at a dealer.

Don't wait for BBB - file papers in small claims court. And if you paid by CC, dispute the charge.

2nd, call up the CC company if you paid by credit (hope you did). Then move on from there.

Default Maybe it is worth getting a 2nd opinion about the problem and find out what is really wrong with...

the car before going to court. You don't want to goto the court without some "ammo" (i.e. the fact that your car is fixable and to know the cost to fix the problem) in your hand.

Default 2nd, you need to determine what is wrong with your car to best determine how to proceed with

'Ol Irish Mike. Take it to another shop or to the dealer. It'll cost money, but if it is easily fixed, then maybe you could get that money back from any litigation/arbitration you might pursue.

Also, check into your states Attorney Generals Office and file a complaint there if you're serious about getting some return compensation. Once you start filing with different agencies, 'Ol Irish Mike may just pay you off to get rid of you.

Default I don't think I'm going to push too hard...

my parents don't even want to pursue it. I'm not really sure why. I will try to do whatever I can without too much work and hope for the best. I'm reminded of when I got free brake rotors from PepBoys after 3 weeks of persistence. I am pretty good at getting problems settled.

About the pads. I love those gloves and simply won't give them up. They match the teams colors from a different league

P.S. If you mean the goalie that's not me. I'm the one skating.
