I have the premium pkg, but the passenger side mirror tilts doesn't work!

Default **** Setting needs to be set to the right hand mirror.
Be sure the mirror adjuster **** thing is set to the right mirror and leave it there. When you go to reverse it should dip. After you start driving, once you get past 10mph, it will return to its normal position.

BTW, the dipping mirror only comes w/the premium package on the 03's and works with the memory driver's seat

I think the mirror dip is a function of the seat memory controller. If you dont have it, it cant dip
