Default info on the new H-Sport springs

I got some info confirmed on the the new springs from H-Sport for B6's...

First off, I questioned that H-Sport's website didn't mention having different versions for 1.8T & 3.0. I was told that the springs being offered are for 3.0's. Seems a little odd to me that they only offer one (especially that it would be the 3.0) and then not mention it in the specs.

Also, the drop they specify - 25mm (1") front & 28.5mm (1 1/8") rear is compared to oem sport springs, not standard non-sport like most other makes use for their comparison. So the drop compared to standard is plus 20mm = 45mm front & 48.5mm rear.

I've always heard good things about their products, but the lack of complete info published as well as a certain amount of confusion on their part (they tried to tell me that sport & non-sport were the same height) in this case seems kinda weird.

Default He told me the same thing...that is that sport and non-sport was the same height...

How confident are you that the information they provided is correct? Are you going to order? I'm very close to pulling the trigger on the kit but want to know if my sport set up is actually going to look and perform better than the stock sport springs.

I'm not going to buy them. I have a 3.0, but their drop is more aggresive than I want for my daily driver (that's why I was interested when I thought the specs were compared to non-sport). Also, the way they've handled it doesn't exactly inspire confidence. I asked if they could send me a photo and they told me they're trying to contact the guy whose car they installed them on so they can take a picture (!!!??). Not exactly what I think of as a first-rate effort - makes me wonder about the engineering too.

Default You hit it right on the nose.....*engineering development*...if they did this correctly they'd know

more about their product, at least you'd think.
