Default Is Motul DOT 5.1 Brake Fluid applicable for our cars brake system?

w/o going to a racing brake fluid (as most dealers/tuners will sell that type with BBK's)? Just looking into my options for a good brake fluid to go with a brake kit upgrade, for street performance..
I've been told that with the racing type formulas; you have to change them more often,.. etc. depending on dry/wet boiling point,.. etc. Most will offer Motul RBF 600, Pentosin Racing, or AP Racing 551 brake fluids. I was considering those, but also the Motul DOT 5.1, DOT4 or Pentosin Super DOT 4, which all seem to be a decent upgrade from OEM. Any brake/fluid techs care to elaborate?

DOT 5.1 Brake fluid

Non-Silicone - Long life
509 degrees dry and 365 degrees wet. Polyglycol based. Exceeds the highest DOT specs. For use in all systems that require a DOT 3, 4 or 5.1 fluid. Container is filled with nitrogen for inreased shelf life and to eliminate contamination

Long life. 100% synthetic fluid for hydraulic actuated brake and clutch systems.

Dot 5.1, non-silicone base. Fluidity is specially designed for anti-lock brake systems.

Long life formula

The viscosity (820 centipoises at -40°c / -40°F) is lower than DOT 4 and DOT 3 brake fluids, which allows Motul Brake Fluid Dot 5.1, an easier fluid circulation in micro-valves of anti-locking systems.

STANDARDS : FMVSS 116 DOT 5.1 NON SILICONE BASE & DOT 4 & DOT 3 SAE J 1703

Neutral with seals used braking systems
Anti-corrosion formula

Default motul 600 = 1 year life ideal. most high performance brake fluids are more

hygroscopic so they need to be replaced quicker yes.

Default ok. But why? Inquiring minds want to understand...

DOT 5.1 seems perfectly suited for street sport, giving an improvement over OEM fluid. While the racing types are formulated for extreme use on the track, where it will see higher temps,... etc. And there is also a mention of having to change the racing fluids more often (annually).
