The NAV system in the 3.0 2004.5 has nothing do with HU (US).
This question has been asked many times, and I don't think it's possible. Cost prohibitive.
Now if you're talking about the new Full screen NAV system coming out next year in the new B7, nobody really knows what it's going to cost or any details yet.
