Is it ok to use the same Motive Power Extractor at ecstuning for oil changes and brake flush/bleed?

Nope, two different things.
You can extract oil, but you cannot extract brake fluid. Brake fluid needs to be pressurized and forced out the valves.
I wouln't want to dry out a master cylinder by extracting out all the fluid.

Do you have a link to it? I have two - one for brakes and one for oil...
Would have been nice to have a two in one unit. The brake unit pressurizes the brake fluid res and pushes out. The oil extractor creates a suction pressure to suck the oil out. Two completly different things. The work pretty well, by the way.
