Questions about front bumper and etc.
Hello I recently got into an accident ( some scumbag backed into me ). Anywaz the front bumper is damaged and so's the grill part that surrounded the day light driving light.
See picture.

My question is does the bumper come painted?
Also would it be cheaper for me to try and order the part myself and let the bodyshop work on it? Because I think most bodyshop markup the price if you let them order it.
Third question, if I can order the part myself from the dealership ( and cheaper ) what are the part numbers?
Fourth question. Does anyone have any good recommendation for bodyshop in Great Vancouver Canada?

for body shop, look at VWDOV
Local Volkswagen/Audi board, lots of shop recommendations if you search.

Dayamm that sucks! Also, I was hoping to sell my stock bumper (moro blue) and buy an ...
... aftermarket one, but I just got my lowers painted today (with the stock front bumper). I guess I'll consider selling mine still if the price is fair (but I'd be more inclined to recovering my recent paint costs and the fact that I missed the sale on the aftermarket front bumper)
BTW, a new bumper from the dealer is ~C$620 + 14.5% taxes and comes unpainted with no other parts (grills, etc). I checked when I was <a href="http://www.vwdov.ca/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=38581">advertising my stock bumper</a>

try to find a VW bodyshop. We have one in the Fraser Valley called Valley Autohouse. THey do awesome work. Got my lowers painted from them. r u going through icbc?
