seat back repair
The other night I was loading/unloading a baby seat from my '02 1.8T (platinum interior) and I inadvertantly scratched the surface of the frame that surrounds the net of the back of the driver's seat. To my surprise, it scratched easily (some sort of thin vinylized paint covering) and revealed a black surface underneath. Curious, I dug my thumbnail into an unaffected region, which also scratched easily. I now have two lovely black spots on the seat back. Any ideas on repair?
