Default Self installing kerscher/rieger bodykit!! Any helpful tips & advise.

Looking to install a rieger front valence, kerscher sides & either kerscher or rieger rear (undecided yet) and would like to hear what experiences other eople have had when doing it. I'm very mechanically sound although my normal problem is finsing out I need a certain tool after the wheels are on the jacks. Any special tools needed?? Are these stick on kits or permenant fasteners? Thanks guys.

Fronts are the most time consuming. I installed the lower valance of my Kerscher with the bumper in place. If I did it again I would remove the bumper completely. It will save you time in the long run and you will get a better fit. For the sides, remove the plastic/rubber strips from the door sills. Install the sides with the existing Torx screws. Re-install the rubber strip over the top using 3M double sided tape. This conceals the screw heads and keeps the factory look. Remove the rear bumper and fit the new valance, then check fit on the car. If you have the Kerscher, you will need to drop your mufflers at least three inches otherwise the tips will not protrude through the lower openings. Check the fit at the back of the rear fenders and cut back the fender liner if necessary to allow alignment. Tools: Dremel and cut off wheels, clamps, Torx bits, 3M tape, Panel adhesive (not quick drying, does not give you time to align parts correctly).
