supercharger for '02 3.0?
Is there going to be a supercharger available for this car? I know PES makes one for the 98>01. If there's anything in the works, please tell me.

9k for an sc , man!! bend over and grab yer ankles, thats a rip and I dont care if that includes an
install. Its probably a roots setup too. much rather have a vortec. if you want to see nice sc setups go to www.esstuning.com ,they do units for bmw and mb. reliable ,good hp gains and about 5700.00. you can install those units yourself in about 8-10hrs.

That's Abt. World's biggest VW and Audi tuner. Dinan charges 7K + install.
AC Schnitzer ( the top dog in Europe for BMW ), charges even more.
The AMS 'charger for the VR6 is only 3595.00 + install. Depends on the maker, the parts, and the testing. Abt has to be TUV approved in Germany. That means durability testing as well as 3rd party power output confirmation.
Yes, it isn't for everyone. There'll always be a shade tree tuner who want to build their own frankenstein monster of a car. Nothing wrong with that. For people who prefer a factory appraoch, there is an alternative.
