Audi A4 B7 APR CVT Question
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/107508/my_car_006.jpg"></center><p>Hi All
I have an Audi A4 B7 CVT one about 7,500kms.
I had the APR upgrade done around 4,000kms. My program is set at 98RON fuel however I continue to use 95RON.
When I first got the upgrade I managed to get wheelspin in 1st gear easily and in 2nd gear in the wet (as demonstrated in most APR upgraded cars).
However recently (last 2 weeks) the car appears to be slightly lethargic. No doubt quicker than standard but I do remember the car pulling a lot harder when I first got the APR upgrade.
I've been given several reasons for this 1) Fuel at 95RON 2) Too much time with upgrade has got me used to it 3) CVT transmission "adapting" and limiting power to stop wheel slip.
I'm of the opinion that it is the 3rd point that's slowing the car down a bit.
Anyone here has similar experience and if so how they have managed to address it?
Help would be much appreciated.
cheers
