dipped headlight?????!!!!!???
My car had auto zenon and when I turn on my car it says "dipped headlight". Does anyone has this problem? And when i turned the light in the off position and turned back on they are fine. I went to my Audi Service guy and he said that I should replace the bulb and it's gonna cost me $300. But the bulb is working fine. So I'm thinking they are full of it and just left. Please help because this is really annoying.

Doesn't the dipped headlight error means a problem with the auto leveling?
It's not the bulb.
I had that happen to me twice but it's been a long time since that problem appeared.

I really don't know, even the guy at Audi service doesn't know either. Did the problem go away by itself? Maybe the weather is too cold??

I've had this error seperately on both headlights. The right headlight error,
"Right Headlight Dipped", occurred a few weeks ago. The right headlight flickered occasionally, as well. There is a TSB to fix this problem and Strong Audi performed the service under warranty. The steps to repair the problem included replacing the bulb, installing some damper cushions to minimize vibration, and downloading new firmware into the headlight control unit. Since that service about a week ago the problems with the right headlight have not returned. This morning I saw a "Left Headlight Dipped" error so I will have the same service done to that headlight next week.

Re: I've had this error seperately on both headlights. The right headlight error,
Yeah but the Jackass at Audi Westwood saying this does not cover under warranty and wanted me to pay $300 to fix the problem and the bulb, even though they couldn't guarantee they can fix the problem, should i just go to another dealer?

If your car is under warranty then his should be covered. Mine was covered at Strong Audi including
the new bulb. I would try a new dealer (maybe call first). If they give you the same story I will find out the TSB number for you. If it includes replacing the bulb I can't imagine how they could justify not covering it. Let me know how this turns out.
