What kind of key chain do you use for your car key?
I have a bunch of keys for office/home/family that I currently keep on a keychain that has a "quick-release" so when I have the car valet parked/let the wife drive it, I can quickly give them my car key without also giving up the rest of my keys. However, with the Audi key, the whole set of house/car keys dangles low when the ignition key is inserted and takes up LOTS of room in my pocket. Has anyone come up with a good solution to this problem? I want to keep the convenience I currently have while making the house/car keys more compact. Thanks in advance for the ideas, especially the sarcastic ones!

Re: I don't, I have key ring with all my keys (house, office, etc) and leave the Audi fob empty
so depending on the car I am driving (wife or mine), I just grab the car key and my key ring seperate. I do not like to combine the two, plus I found the weight could cause wear on the ignition switch.

I had a similar setup in college, but i was once locked out of the house in a power outage
the keypad was on the garage door, and the power was out; therefore, i couldn't get into my house. i now carry a front door house key in my wallet just in case this happens again.
i have no other keys attached to my key fob.
