no power at obd port



Hi guys,

i'm trying to help out my dad here. He just purchased an 2006 A4 with CVT at an insurance auction.
i looked at the car, and the car has some problems with the electrical system. a lot of things on this car don't work. the radio works, but pretty much everything else doesn't. there's no interior lights, no sunroof, power doors, abs light on and in the instrument cluster where it's supposed to tell me the millage of the car, it just says fuse. i checked all the fuses that i know of, fuse box, and underneath ecu, and two big ones under steering column, they are all good. i tried to connect my vac-com to car, but the light doesn't come on and vcds says it's not plugged in. now, i don't know if it matters, but someone has opened up the box where the ecu is in already and there was some water in it. but from what i can see, nothing in the ecu, and underneath there is just a couple of fuses, which are all good, and 3 relays that i haven't checked yet.

one thing i forgot to mention, engine starts and runs fine.

does anyone have any suggestions for me, or maybe a complete wiring diagram for this car?
