Bulb / Led Tail lights question.

Bulb / Led Tail lights question.
Hi there!
I had oem bulb tail lights and i repleaced them with led ones. The thing is when i click the turn signal or push the break, only the outer light is lighting "brighter" and the inner one ( light on the trunk ) stays same like in the parking.
Do you think i can change that so i can have them both (inner and outer) lights up brighter ( Like in 2010+ a4 oem led) ?
If yes, only coding is needed or do i need to do the wiring / or something else?

To make sure I'm getting this right. Only your outer lights are turning on when you turn on the directional or brake?
