Not a good sound
Hey All,
My '14 A4 2.0T Quattro engine seems a bit noisy. Car is running fine now and shifting correctly but I feel like the engine noise is a bit loud and louder than my loaner A4 I drove a few weeks back. Originally I thought maybe something was up with the shifting in the transmission because it sounded like it was laboring so I took it in to the dealer and everything on that end checked out fine. Now I realize it's definitely just the sound of the engine. Feels a bit "coarse" and "diesel-y" at low revs and speeds. Maybe the exhaust? Or maybe that's just how the A4 2.0 turbos are? Don't know a whole lot about cars, if anything at all. Any answers would help. Thanks!
