More like $500 to refinish a bumper properly. Been there, done that.

Estimates
I got 2 estimates. The headlight is pushed in at the corner a little. Both estimates were right around $2,200. I called insurance and got a claim number.
The one place is where I've gone before and they work on a ton of Audi's. They are right across from the Audi dealership. But I don't like the guy that runs it. I think it's his personality that sucks or he hates me from the last time they did work on my car lol. I usually deal with another guy anyway. You can read about my encounters here with what happened after I got the car back. I guess I didn't feel as though they cared until I pushed them.
The other guy is a friend of mine (old BF actually) with a shop he's had for a long time. I never had a chance to see the work they've done. But I almost feel bad not going after he gave me the estimate
Either way I'm probably turning the car in next Oct. when my lease is up. I need something cheaper now that I am separated and will need to afford more on my own. A nice inexpensive VW CC should do No seriously, I will be downgrading either way. I just need to figure out what to get when the time comes.
NJM accepts both places.
